Job summary

PT Sahe Global Indo is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong freight forwarding and logistics background. You will drive new business, build lasting customer relationships, and lead the sales team to achieve sustainable growth.

You should have 3–5 years in freight forwarding sales, a proven record of winning new customers, and a solid understanding of sea/air freight, export/import, customs clearance, and project cargo.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in freight forwarding sales.
• Proven track record of bringing new customers.
• Understanding of Sea Freight, Air Freight, Export & Import, Customs Clearance, Domestic Trucking, Breakbulk, and Project Cargo.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and CRM skills.
• Experience leading a sales team.
• Proactive, independent worker with an established customer network is valued.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and develop business opportunities to generate revenue and profitability.
• Approach potential customers independently, conduct meetings, and close deals.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
• Build and maintain an established network of customers in freight forwarding.
• Manage business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
