You will develop strategies, analyze client needs, and negotiate contracts to secure deals. You will visit customers and work with operations to tailor solutions that meet requirements.

The role requires a decade of experience, strong knowledge of export/import rules, and fluent English. You will also forecast performance and provide strategic insights to management.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Professional Sales or Sales Operations Manager in Air Freight.
• Strong knowledge of export and import regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to analyze market trends and opportunities in Bekasi area.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Analyze client needs, provide customized proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Visit customers to understand needs and coordinate with operations for customized solutions.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
