Job summary

PT TGL Indonesia Logistics is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and promote freight forwarding services, including ocean freight, customs clearance, trucking, and other logistics solutions.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in sales within freight forwarding or logistics, with an established client network in import/export or domestic logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 3 years sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Good knowledge of ocean freight (import & export), customs clearance, domestic trucking, and project cargo.
• An established client network in import/export or domestic logistics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel for business when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Promote freight forwarding services, including ocean freight, customs clearance, trucking, and logistics solutions.
• Follow up on sales leads and achieve sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and work closely with the Operations team to ensure excellent service.
• Expand the company's customer base in both domestic and international markets.
