Job summary

PT YES Logistics Indonesia seeks a target-driven Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding to grow international freight forwarding sales and manage relationships with customers. The role emphasizes securing export/import shipments and expanding in domestic logistics where applicable.

You will engage with prospective clients, conduct visits, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining an active sales pipeline and meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 2+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics sales.
• Proven ability to generate recurring freight business and hit sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop freight forwarding business through an established customer network and industry relationships.
• Grow recurring business from customers with export/import or domestic shipments.
• Identify new opportunities from existing relationships and new prospects.
• Develop sales opportunities for Sea Freight, Air Freight and other logistics services.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations and relationship-building activities.
• Understand shipping requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
• Prepare rate quotations in coordination with Pricing, Operations and vendors.
