Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a seasoned Partner Business Development Manager to drive Huawei Cloud ecosystem growth in Indonesia. You will build and manage strategic partnerships with SIs, ISVs, MSPs, and other ecosystem players, aligning GTM activities and market expansion plans.

You will lead partner enablement, assess capabilities, and foster executive relationships, driving cloud business growth and long-term strategy execution across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related IT field.
• At least 8 years in BD or ecosystem development in cloud/ICT.
• Strong knowledge of cloud products: SaaS, PaaS, public/private/hybrid.
• Established Indonesia cloud partner network (SIs, ISVs, MSPs).
• Experience engaging C-level execs in Indonesia's cloud ecosystem.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Huawei's cloud ecosystem with SI, ISV, MSP partners.
• Build partner BD strategies aligned with cloud commercial goals.
• Analyze market trends and partner capabilities to strengthen position.
• Manage onboarding, enablement, relations, and growth planning.
• Maintain executive relationships with strategic partners.
• Collaborate to co-develop industry cloud solutions and GTM plans.
• Lead joint GTM activities and cloud marketplace initiatives.
• Support partner capability through training and certifications.
• Drive ecosystem engagement and cloud business performance.
