Job summary

Huawei is seeking a Partner Business Development Manager to drive Indonesia's Huawei Cloud ecosystem from Jakarta Selatan. You will build strategic partnerships with SIs, ISVs, MSPs, and other cloud ecosystem players to expand market presence and cloud solutions adoption.

The role requires strong BD, negotiation, and GTM collaboration, with the ability to articulate complex cloud solutions and engage senior stakeholders across finance, IT, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partner Management, or Ecosystem Development roles within cloud/ICT industries.
• Strong experience with cloud products and services (SaaS, PaaS, public/private/hybrid cloud).
• Established network with high-tier cloud ecosystem partners in Indonesia (SIs, ISVs, MSPs).
• Proven ability to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Huawei's cloud ecosystem through partnerships with SIs, ISVs, MSPs and channel partners.
• Build and execute partner development strategies aligned with Huawei Cloud objectives.
• Analyze market trends and partner capabilities to strengthen Huawei Cloud's position.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle including onboarding, enablement, and performance review.
• Lead joint GTM activities and cloud marketplace initiatives with ecosystem partners.
• Provide market insights and ecosystem analysis to support long-term growth strategy.
