Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Partner Business Development Manager to drive growth of Huawei's cloud ecosystem in Indonesia. The role involves building strategic partnerships with SIs, ISVs, MSPs, and other cloud players, and leading GTM activities to expand market presence.

Responsibilities include developing partner strategies, onboarding and enablement, executive relationship management, and co-developing industry cloud solutions with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in business development, partner management, or ecosystem roles in cloud/ICT.
• Strong cloud product experience across SaaS, PaaS, public/private/hybrid environments.
• Established network with Indonesia cloud ecosystem partners (SIs, ISVs, MSPs).

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Huawei Cloud ecosystem through partnerships with SIs, ISVs, MSPs and channel partners.
• Align partner strategies with Huawei Cloud commercial objectives and market expansion plans.
• Analyze market trends and partner capabilities to strengthen cloud market position.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle including onboarding, enablement, and performance reviews.
• Build executive relationships with strategic ecosystem partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners to co-develop industry cloud solutions and digital transformation.
• Lead joint GTM activities and cloud marketplace initiatives with ecosystem partners.
• Provide partnerships enablement through training and certification programs.
