Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks an experienced Carrier Enterprise Business Account Manager in Jakarta. You will bridge telecommunications carriers with enterprise clients to deliver end-to-end ICT solutions across networking, cloud, data centers, and digital transformation.

You will lead opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive long-term relationships with operators, government bodies, and enterprise customers in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a technical field related to ICT or engineering.
• At least 7 years in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
• Experience with enterprise ICT infrastructure and complex sales deals.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand carrier enterprise (B2B) business.
• Identify new market opportunities by analyzing customers, trends, and partners.
• Build relationships with operators, enterprise customers, and government bodies.
• Lead partner enablement through training, workshops, and joint programs.
• Drive ICT solution sales across networking, cloud, data center, and related fields.
• Manage sales lifecycle from qualification to contract execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project execution and satisfaction.
• Improve channel governance and collaboration between carrier and enterprise ecosystems.
• Support strategic government and enterprise projects via cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare forecasts, pipelines, and executive presentations for growth planning.
