Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Carrier Enterprise Business Account Manager in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. You will bridge carrier operators with enterprise customers, driving B2B ICT solutions across networking, cloud, and data center to expand enterprise market share.

You will lead bid processes, coordinate with solution teams and channel partners, and manage complex stakeholder relationships while forecasting revenue in both public and private sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant ICT field.
• Minimum 7 years of Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development experience.
• Proven experience selling to carriers, enterprise customers, or government organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand carrier enterprise (B2B) business.
• Identify new market opportunities by analyzing customers, trends, and partner ecosystems.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators, enterprise customers, government entities, and channel partners.
• Lead partner enablement through product training, workshops, and joint marketing.
• Drive sales across networking, cloud, data center, storage, and digital transformation.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle: qualification, presentations, bidding, negotiation, contracting, delivery oversight.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
• Improve channel governance and collaboration between carrier and enterprise ecosystems.
• Support strategic government projects with cross-functional coordination.
