Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Carrier Enterprise Business Account Manager in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia, to drive strategic B2B growth by connecting telecom carriers with enterprise customers and delivering integrated ICT solutions across networking, cloud, data center, and digital transformation.

You will lead opportunity identification, account strategy, commercial negotiations, and long-term relationship management, coordinating with solution teams and partners to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a ICT-related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years in Sales, KAM, or Business Development, with 5+ years in ICT/Carrier B2B or SI.
• Proven experience managing enterprise sales with operators, enterprises, or government organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand carrier enterprise (B2B) business and strengthen collaboration between carrier and enterprise units.
• Identify new market opportunities by analyzing customers, trends, partners, and technology needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with telecom operators, enterprise customers, government bodies, and channel partners.
• Lead partner enablement initiatives through training, solution workshops, and joint marketing programs.
• Drive enterprise ICT solution sales across networking, cloud, data center, storage, optical, and digital platforms.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from qualification to contracting and project coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen channel governance and optimize collaboration between carrier and enterprise ecosystems.
• Support government and enterprise projects through cross-functional coordination and issue resolution.
• Prepare forecasts, pipeline reports, and executive presentations for business planning.
