Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Carrier Enterprise Business Account Manager to drive strategic B2B ICT opportunities in Jakarta. You will bridge telecommunications carriers with large enterprise clients, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver networking, cloud, and data center solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in sales or business development within ICT, with strong negotiation, forecasting, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage enterprise sales opportunities with operators, enterprise customers, or government entities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience forecasting and planning for revenue growth in ICT projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand carrier enterprise (B2B) business.
• Identify market opportunities by analyzing customers, trends, and partner ecosystems.
• Build relationships with operators, enterprise customers, government institutions, and channel partners.
• Lead partner enablement through training, workshops, and joint marketing.
• Drive end-to-end enterprise ICT solution sales including networking, cloud, data center, and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Improve channel governance and collaboration between carrier and enterprise ecosystems.
• Support strategic government projects with cross-functional coordination.
