Job summary

Luminare Consulting is partnering with a well-established pharmaceutical and consumer health company in Jakarta to fill the role of Learning and Development Assistant Manager. You will lead L&D initiatives, develop programs, and align with business objectives.

You will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to strengthen talent pipelines, design training modules including e-learning, and manage performance and development planning across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s Learning & Development strategy and training programs.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify organizational and individual development needs.
• Design, develop, and deliver training modules and learning programs, including classroom-based and e-learning programs.
• Develop training materials, learning modules, e-learning storyboards, and digital learning content.
• Plan and manage the annual and periodic training curriculum and schedule.
• Act as an internal trainer/facilitator and deliver training programs across different employee levels.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs based on feedback and results.
• Conduct Talent & Organization Mapping to identify competency gaps and future organizational needs.
• Develop and manage Career Development, Individual Development Plans (IDP), and Succession Planning initiatives.
• Support talent development activities, including promotion, rotation, and talent readiness assessment.
• Manage the company’s Performance Management process, including KPI management and performance assessment.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure learning, talent, and performance initiatives are aligned with business objectives.

Our client, a well-established company in the pharmaceutical and consumer health industry, is currently looking for a Learning & Development Assistant Manager to strengthen its people development function.

This role will lead the company’s Learning & Development initiatives, while also taking ownership of key Organization Development and Performance Management activities.
