Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 4–6 years in Learning & Development or similar HR role.
• Experience in training needs analysis, program development, and evaluation.
• Strong communication, facilitation, PM, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to analyze learning data and translate insights into improvement plans.

• Support the development of career development, competency, and succession planning initiatives.
• Explore digital learning platforms and AI-based learning solutions to improve learning effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar HR role.
• Experience in training needs analysis, training program development, and evaluation.
• Strong communication, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to analyze learning data and translate insights into improvement plans.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in the technology industry and knowledge of AI literacy or digital skills development are advantages.
