Job summary

French Solar Industry (FSI) is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our Jakarta/Tangerang team. You will actively develop new business opportunities and manage customers from first contact to closing and follow-up.

In this role you will conduct prospecting, present solar solutions, negotiate deals and ensure project delivery with our sales and technical teams. Fluency in Indonesian and English is mandatory, and willingness to travel between Tangerang and Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Fluent Indonesian and English are mandatory.
• Experience in sales, business development or B2B sales.
• Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face prospecting.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Independent, proactive and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel around Tangeran/Jakarta to meet clients.
• Experience in solar energy, renewable energy or electrical solutions is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct active prospecting through email, phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Perform physical field prospecting across Jakarta / Tangeran, visiting hotels, villas, restaurants, offices, businesses, property managers, contractors and other potential clients.
• Contact and follow up on leads and databases provided by FSI.
• Generate your own new prospects and business opportunities.
• Arrange meetings and presentations with potential customers.
• Understand customers' electricity consumption and requirements.
• Coordinate with our technical team to prepare appropriate solar solutions and quotations.
• Present and explain commercial proposals to customers.
• Negotiate and close sales.
• Follow each customer from the first contact until the project is finalized.
