Job summary

French Solar Industry (FSI) in Bali seeks a motivated Sales Executive to develop new business and manage customers through the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing and follow-up.

You will conduct outreach via email, phone, and WhatsApp, prospect across Bali visiting hotels, villas, restaurants, and offices, and tailor solar solutions with our technical team. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Indonesian is required.
• Experience in sales, business development or B2B sales.
• Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face prospecting.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Independent, proactive and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel around Bali to meet clients.
• Solar energy, renewable energy, or electrical solutions experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct active prospecting via email, phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Visit hotels, villas, restaurants, offices, and businesses across Bali.
• Follow up on leads and existing databases to generate opportunities.
• Present proposals and negotiate to close sales.
• Manage customers through the full sales cycle from first contact to project completion.
