Job summary

Solarvest Holdings Bhd in Jakarta is seeking a dynamic Market Development and Sales professional with a track record in driving solar project opportunities. You will plan market expansions for on-grid/off-grid systems, rooftop C&I, and BESS, while building strong relationships with senior decision-makers to grow the business.

You will lead performance analyses, campaigns, and customer strategies, ensuring sustainable growth and market leadership.

Qualifications

At least 3 years in sales or business development.
Experience selling to C-suite: MDs, CEOs, or business owners.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but non-degree candidates are welcome.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan and develop new market opportunities for solar projects and related clean technologies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospects and clients.
Lead commercial and marketing campaigns to expand market share and project ownership.
Evaluate customers to define their value and support account growth; collaborate with BDD and team.
