Job summary

PT SEG SOLAR MANUFAKTUR INDONESIA in Batang Regency, Central Java, seeks a Sales Executive to develop local energy storage business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and drive sales growth for residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Automation/Mechatronics or Electronic Information Engineering and at least 3 years of sales experience in BESS, solar PV, and related equipment, with fluent English and willingness

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electronic Information Engineering are preferred.
At least 3 years of sales experience in BESS/energy storage, solar PV, inverters, transformers, or related equipment are preferred.

Responsibilities

Formulate and implement local energy storage sales plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies for Energy Storage and Solar PV solutions.
Build relationships with industrial customers, developers, EPC contractors, and utility companies.
Lead the full sales cycle for energy storage, microgrid, and solar power projects.
Identify new business opportunities in Indonesia's renewable energy sector.
Coordinate with local and global teams to drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations (SNI, TKDN) and manage accounts receivable to control risks.
