Job summary

PT Lesso New Energy is seeking a sales-focused professional in Surabaya to drive growth in pipes, solar panels and building materials. You will leverage your knowledge of solar energy products and piping systems to develop new customers and nurture long-term relationships.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, plus willingness to travel for customer visits and business development. Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good command of English; excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Sales experience in the field of pipes, solar panels and building materials is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy products, piping systems, or building materials is an advantage.
• Proven ability to develop new customers and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Target-oriented with a strong passion for sales.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business development & willing to relocate.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) is preferred.
