Job summary

Solarvest in Jakarta is seeking a results-oriented Sales and Business Development professional to drive growth of our on-grid and off-grid solar, rooftop, and BESS solutions. You will identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and lead campaigns to increase market presence.

You will work closely with MDs, CEOs, and business owners, analyzing performance monthly and quarterly to refine strategies. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or business development.
• Experience selling to C-level executives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new market opportunities for solar and clean technologies.
• Lead performance analyses to refine sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Drive commercial and marketing campaigns to expand market share.
