Job summary

PT Daya Alam Surya is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive turnkey solar installations for residential and C&I clients. You will lead on-site visits, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while coordinating with engineering for feasibility.

Expect a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives and travel allowances. You will build relationships with developers and industrial partners, manage opportunities in Zoho CRM, and report on pipeline and targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years or more of experience in sales/business development, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or B2B/B2C technical sales.
• Comfortable with consultative/technical selling — able to explain ROI, payback period, and system sizing directly to clients.
• Organised and experienced in using CRM to manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Search and qualify residential and C&I leads (hot/warm/cold framework).
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and site surveys for system sizing requirements.
• Prepare commercial proposals and savings simulations for prospective customers.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts for installed solar systems (turnkey), for both residential and business/industrial applications.
• Coordinate with the Engineering team for proposal technical accuracy and installation feasibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective developers and other C&I partners outside of existing partnerships.
• Manage lead data and sales status in CRM (Zoho) throughout the sales cycle.
• Represent DAS in client meetings, site visits, and industry events/exhibitions.
• Monitor and report pipeline, conversion rates, and monthly sales targets.
