Job summary

PT SEG SOLAR MANUFAKTUR INDONESIA in Batang Regency, Central Java, seeks a Sales Executive to develop local energy storage business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and drive sales growth for residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Automation/Mechatronics or Electronic Information Engineering and at least 3 years of sales experience in BESS, solar PV, and related equipment, with fluent English and willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electronic Information Engineering are preferred.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in BESS/energy storage, solar PV, inverters, transformers, or related equipment are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement local energy storage sales plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for Energy Storage and Solar PV solutions.
• Build relationships with industrial customers, developers, EPC contractors, and utility companies.
• Lead the full sales cycle for energy storage, microgrid, and solar power projects.
• Identify new business opportunities in Indonesia's renewable energy sector.
• Coordinate with local and global teams to drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations (SNI, TKDN) and manage accounts receivable to control risks.

About the role;
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at PT SEG SOLAR MANUFAKTUR INDONESIA in Batang Regency, Central Java. This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing local energy storage business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving sales growth for residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects.

What we're looking for;

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electronic Information Engineering are preferred

At least 3 years of sales experience in BESS/energy storage, solar PV, inverters, transformers, switchgear, power equipment, industrial automation, or electromechanical products are preferred.

Familiar with lithium battery systems, PCS, SNI, TKDN, and grid connection requirements

Experience working with industrial customers, energy developers, EPC companies, or utility-scale projects

Ability to independently manage the full sales process, including customer development, needs analysis, solution coordination, commercial negotiation, project follow-up, and order closing.

Fluent spoken English with the ability to conduct business and technical discussions independently. Chinese language skills are an advantage.

Target-driven, proactive, and willing to travel across Indonesia

Ability to understand basic product specifications and technical documentation

Good career stability is preferred.
