Job summary

Bukuwarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive to expand the installation of EDC machines among SMEs and to upgrade merchants’ transaction capabilities.

You will drive sales growth while maintaining strong relationships with existing merchants, delivering seamless payment solutions and superior service in a mobile, field-based role.

Applicants should own a motorcycle with SIM C, possess strong negotiation skills, and demonstrate a proven track record in motorized sales and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Own a motorcycle and an active motorcycle license (SIM C) for mobility and client visits.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing helps reach merchants and close sales.
• Proven track record in sectors like cigarette sales, order-taking, internet, or oil shows versatility.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure sales and foster long-term partnerships.
• Ability to achieve sales targets reflects goal-oriented performance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and enhance relationships with merchants.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to expand installation of EDC machines among SMEs, increasing market penetration.
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals, ensuring growth in revenue.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company to contribute to overall business objectives.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines to ensure satisfaction and continued usage.
• Provide exceptional service and support to merchants, facilitating smooth operations and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and improve product offerings.
• Document and report sales activities and market feedback to help refine sales strategies and approaches.
