Bukuwarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive to grow our merchant network by promoting and installing EDC machines for SMEs. You will visit clients using your motorcycle, negotiate deals, and help merchants enhance transaction capabilities.

The role centers on sales growth, strong relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ownership of a motorcycle and an active motorcycle license (SIM C) is necessary.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing is preferred.
• Proven track record in sectors like cigarette sales, internet, or oil.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure sales and partnerships.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities among SMEs to install more EDC machines.
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines.
• Provide service and support to merchants and address concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and share market insights.
