Job summary

Bukuwarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive to expand the installation of EDC machines among SMEs and to strengthen relationships with existing merchants. You will visit clients using your motorcycle and SIM C license, promoting seamless payment solutions and handling field sales tasks.

You will negotiate deals, meet sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to refine our market approach, ensuring excellent service and sustained merchant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Own motorcycle with SIM C license for client visits.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing preferred.
• Proven track record in cigarette, internet, or oil sales is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Targets-driven and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to expand the installation of EDC machines among SMEs, increasing market penetration.
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals, ensuring growth in revenue.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company to contribute to overall business objectives.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines to ensure satisfaction and continued usage.
• Provide exceptional service and support to merchants, facilitating smooth operations and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and improve product offerings.
• Document and report sales activities and market feedback to help refine sales strategies and approaches
