Job summary

Bukuwarung seeks a Merchant Success Executive to expand our SME network by promoting and installing EDC machines. You will travel by motorcycle to merchant sites, build trusted relationships, and drive sales growth while delivering seamless payment solutions.

You will identify new sales opportunities, negotiate deals, meet targets, and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings, while reporting market feedback to help refine strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ownership of motorcycle and SIM C license mandatory.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing.
• Proven track record in sectors like cigarette sales, internet, or oil demonstrates versatility.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work with multiple merchants.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to expand the installation of EDC machines among SMEs.
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines to ensure satisfaction and continued usage.
• Provide service and support to merchants and address concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and share market insights.
• Document and report sales activities and market feedback to refine sales strategies.
