About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join the team at 9-11bali in West Denpasar, Bali. This is a part-time position that offers flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle whilst working in the vibrant hospitality and tourism sector. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable dining experience. This role is fundamental to creating the welcoming atmosphere our restaurant is known for.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them in designated areas
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicating orders to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner
• Serving food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
• Checking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions accurately
• Clearing and resetting tables between seatings
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and recommendations
• Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Supporting other team members to ensure smooth service during peak times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and attentive in a fast-paced environment
