About the role

We are seeking a Server & Cashier to join our café team in Pererenan, Bali. The role involves providing friendly and efficient customer service, taking and processing orders, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams
• Operate the POS system and process cashless and cash payments
• Handle cash and ensure accurate payment and change
• Prepare and issue bills and receipts
• Assist customers with menu and product selections
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, tidy, and properly set
• Monitor and replenish service items, packaging, and other supplies
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other team members to ensure orders are served accurately and efficiently
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Support daily stock and sales-related tasks when required

About you

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a server, cashier, café, or restaurant role
