JOB DESCRIPTION

Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.

Present menus and provide information about food and beverages.

Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.

Check on guests throughout their dining experience.

Respond to guest requests and assist with any concerns professionally.

Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the dining area.

Coordinate with the Kitchen, Bar, and other service team members.

Assist with opening and closing duties.

Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene, and service standards.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout daily operations.

Support the team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service.

REQUIREMENTS

MUST CURRENTLY BE DOMICILED IN BALI.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/ Waitress in a restaurant, bistro, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.

Previous experience in an Asian, Western, or fusion restaurant is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

Well-groomed and presentable.
