Job summary

Risata Bali Resort & Spa is seeking a professional Waiter (DW) to join our hospitality team in Badung, Bali. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences as the face of our restaurant, upholding the resort’s high standards and warm hospitality.

You will take orders, serve meals, maintain menu knowledge, and ensure smooth service while adhering to health and safety standards. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the resort.

Qualifications

• Experience as a waiter or in a similar waitstaff role within a hotel, resort or fine dining establishment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous.
• Proficiency in taking orders, serving techniques and basic POS systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with composure.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Taking food and beverage orders from guests in a professional and courteous manner

• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to provide knowledgeable recommendations

• Processing payments and managing cash or card transactions accurately

About the role

This is a full-time position based in Badung, Bali, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• A positive attitude, professional demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
