Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Executive Contract Manager – Telecom & ICT to lead high-value contract negotiations for major telecom, ICT, and data center projects. You will engage CXOs, manage disputes, and translate outcomes into enforceable agreements while upholding governance standards.

You will collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and project delivery teams to drive risk mitigation and contract excellence across international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in commercial contract management or related areas.
• Direct experience in Telecommunications/ICT or technology infrastructure helpful.
• Experience handling complex contract disputes and commercial claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract negotiations for major telecommunications, ICT, and data center projects.
• Act as primary commercial negotiator for high-value sales contracts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with CXOs including CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs.
• Translate negotiation outcomes into formal contractual documents and governance.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with local laws and internal standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams on contract-related matters.
