MatchaTalent is seeking an Executive Contract Manager – Telecom & ICT to lead complex contract negotiations for large-scale telecom and ICT projects. You will act as the chief commercial negotiator, manage risk, and ensure terms align with business objectives and governance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher degree in international trade, finance, law or related field.
Minimum 10 years in commercial contract management and negotiations for large-scale projects.
Experience with telecommunications/ICT and complex EPC/infrastructure projects.
Proven track record as senior or chief negotiator.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end contract negotiations for major telecom, ICT and data center projects.
Act as primary commercial negotiator for high-value contracts and strategic agreements.
Engage with CXOs (CEO, CFO, CTO) and senior decision-makers for negotiations.
Translate negotiation outcomes into formal contractual documentation.
Identify risks, manage disputes, penalties, liquidated damages, and scope changes.
