Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a senior Executive Contract Manager – Telecom & ICT to lead complex, high-value contract negotiations. You will act as chief commercial negotiator, owning major sales contracts and strategic project agreements, aligning terms with profitability, governance and legal risk standards, while collaborating with CXOs and internal teams.

You will translate outcomes into formal documents, mentor teams, and drive contract governance improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in international trade, finance, law, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in commercial contract management for large-scale projects.
• Experience in Telecommunications, ICT, or technology infrastructure industry preferred.
• Proven track record as a senior or chief negotiator capable of end-to-end negotiations.
• Strong understanding of commercial, financial, and contractual principles.
• Familiarity with international contract frameworks such as FIDIC.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract negotiations for major telecom and ICT projects.
• Negotiate high-value sales contracts and strategic project agreements.
• Engage directly with CXOs (CEO, CFO, CTO) to resolve disputes and commercial matters.
• Translate negotiation outcomes into formal contractual documentation.
• Identify risks and ensure governance, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and project delivery teams.
• Develop negotiation training and share best practices.
