Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a senior Executive Contract Manager – Telecom & ICT to lead complex contract negotiations for major telecom and ICT projects in Jakarta. You will be the chief commercial negotiator, ensuring terms align with profitability, legal risk, and governance standards, while coordinating with sales, finance, and project teams.

You will manage relationships with customer CXOs, translate negotiation outcomes into robust contracts, and develop negotiation capabilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as International Trade, Finance, Law, or Management.
Minimum 10 years in commercial contract management or related roles for large-scale projects.
Direct experience in Telecommunications/ICT or tech infrastructure industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end contract negotiations for telecom, ICT, and data center projects.
Act as primary commercial negotiator for high-value contracts.
Engage CXOs and senior stakeholders to finalize terms and resolve disputes.
Translate negotiation outcomes into formal contractual documentation.
Ensure terms meet commercial, legal, and risk requirements.
Provide risk disclosures and governance for contract management.
