Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks an Executive Contract Manager – Telecom & ICT to lead high-value negotiations and shape major contracts with CXO-level clients. You will drive terms, risk mitigation, and governance across complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and legal standards.

The role demands senior negotiation capability, strong stakeholder influence, and fluency in English to draft and finalize sophisticated agreements with international customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in commercial contract management or related roles.
• Experience negotiating large, complex projects in telecom/ICT sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract negotiations for major telecom, ICT, and data center projects.
• Act as primary commercial negotiator for high-value sales contracts.
• Engage CXOs (CEO/CFO/CTO) and other senior stakeholders.
• Translate negotiation outcomes into formal contractual documentation.
• Identify risks and ensure governance, compliance, and dispute resolution.
