Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive Contract Manager – Telecom & ICT to lead high-value contract negotiations and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will serve as the chief commercial negotiator, handling complex agreements and interfacing with senior customer executives.

You will translate outcomes into enforceable contracts, strengthen governance, and mentor teams in risk mitigation as part of ongoing contract management excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in commercial contract management, legal affairs or related roles.
• Experience in Telecommunications/ICT or tech infrastructure industries preferred.
• Proven track record as a senior negotiator with end-to-end contract management.
• Strong English written and spoken communication; ability to draft complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract negotiations for major telecom, ICT, and data center projects.
• Act as primary commercial negotiator for high-value contracts.
• Engage directly with CXOs (CEO, CFO, CTO) to align terms with business goals.
• Resolve disputes, claims, penalties, and scope changes.
• Translate negotiation outcomes into formal contractual documents.
• Identify risks and ensure governance and compliance across projects.
