Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an Executive Contract Manager – Telecom & ICT to lead complex contract negotiations for large telecom and ICT projects in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will act as the chief negotiator, ensuring commercial terms align with objectives and risk standards, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, International Finance, International Economic Law, International Project Management, Business, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in commercial contract management or related fields for large complex projects.
• Direct experience in Telecommunications, ICT or technology infrastructure industries preferred.
• Experience in EPC, engineering, infrastructure or other complex project environments required.
• Proven track record as senior or chief negotiator managing end-to-end commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of commercial, financial, legal risk and contractual principles.
• English proficiency for drafting and negotiating complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract negotiations for major telecom, ICT and data center projects.
• Act as primary commercial negotiator for high-value sales contracts.
• Engage directly with CXOs (CEO, CFO, CTO) and other senior decision-makers.
• Negotiate, resolve disputes, claims, penalties, and scope changes.
• Translate negotiation outcomes into formal contractual documents.
• Ensure documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide risk disclosures and safeguards for complex agreements.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, project delivery and procurement teams.
• Develop training to enhance contract management capabilities.
