Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in commercial contract management.
• Experience in Telecommunications/ICT or technology infrastructure.
• Proven senior negotiator with end-to-end contract experience.
• Professional English proficiency, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract negotiations for major telecommunications, ICT, and data center projects.
• Act as primary commercial negotiator for high-value and strategically important contracts.
• Translate negotiation outcomes into formal contractual documents and governance artifacts.
• Review and structure terms to meet commercial, legal, and financial objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, delivery teams and senior management.
