Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an Executive Contract Manager – Telecom & ICT in Jakarta to lead complex, high-value contract negotiations for major telecom and ICT projects. You will act as the chief commercial negotiator, ensuring terms align with profitability targets, risk controls, and governance standards.

You will bridge internal leadership with customer CXOs, translate negotiation outcomes into formal documents, and coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in international trade, finance, law, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in commercial contract management.
• Direct experience in Telecommunications, ICT, or tech infrastructure required.
• Experience in EPC or large-scale, complex projects is required.
• Fluency in English, with strong negotiation and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract negotiations for telecom, ICT, and data center projects.
• Act as primary commercial negotiator for high-value sales contracts.
• Engage with CXOs (CEO, CFO, CTO) to resolve commercial disputes and changes.
• Translate negotiation outcomes into formal contractual documentation.
• Review terms to align commercial goals with legal and financial risk.
• Identify risk exposures and non-standard terms before execution.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and internal governance standards.
• Develop training to enhance contract management capabilities across teams.
