MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Advisory Contract Manager to guide legal, commercial, and risk management for major telecom and ICT projects. You will manage the contract lifecycle, from review to negotiation, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals.

The role requires strong English communication, cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, and management, and a focus on contract quality improvements across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years in contract management, legal, or related roles.
• Minimum 5 years in contract review and analysis.
• Minimum 3 years in contract drafting.
• Minimum 2 years in contract negotiation.
• Experience in Telecommunications or ICT industry preferred; EPC or similar projects required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract activities: review, drafting, revision, and negotiation for telecom/ICT projects.
• Provide commercial and legal solutions to support sales while maintaining protections.
• Identify risks in contractual terms and implement mitigation provisions.
• Oversee fulfillment and ensure compliance with milestones, delivery terms, and project requirements.
• Manage sales authorization processes, risk disclosures, and internal approvals.
• Analyze customer financial information and project models for revenue recognition and budgeting.
