Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in contract management, legal, or related roles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract review and analysis.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract drafting.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract activities for telecommunications and ICT projects.
• Provide commercial and legal solutions to support sales transactions.
• Review and analyze contractual terms to identify risks.
• Oversee contractual fulfillment and monitor milestones and obligations.
• Manage sales authorization processes and internal contract approvals.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks including liabilities, penalties, warranties, and data privacy.
• Develop and improve internal contract risk management processes.
• Establish contract quality improvement initiatives and governance.
• Analyze customer financial information to support decision-making (revenue recognition, budgeting).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contractual issues.
• Support customer communications and negotiations on complex matters.
