MatchaTalent is seeking an Advisory Contract Manager for our client, a leading global ICT and telecommunications technology company, to manage end-to-end contract lifecycle across major telecom and ICT projects in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

LL.B. or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years in contract management or related roles.
Experience in Telecommunications or ICT preferred.
Strong knowledge of international trade rules & data privacy.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end contract activities for telecommunications and ICT projects.
Provide commercial and legal solutions to support sales transactions.
Review contractual terms to identify potential commercial, legal, financial, and operational risks.
Oversee contractual fulfillment and monitor compliance with milestones, obligations, delivery terms, and project requirements.
Manage sales authorization processes, risk disclosures, and internal contract approval workflows.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks relating to liabilities, penalties, warranties, trade compliance, cybersecurity, data privacy, and other key provisions.
Develop and improve internal processes and controls related to contract risk management.
