Job summary

Lintas Group in Jakarta North is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive product and service sales, identify opportunities, present offers, negotiate, and close contracts while ensuring contract execution and customer satisfaction.

The role requires building strong relationships with new and existing customers, managing contacts, and understanding procurement or tender processes. English proficiency is advantageous, with a strong emphasis on meeting targets and continuous prospecting.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably from engineering major) from reputable universities.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales account management specifically in operator telco.
• Fluent in English both oral & written is advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must.
• Able to work within target and generate new prospect.
• Able to follow up customer and maintain good relationship.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales activity both product and services; closely work with customers to access needs, find opportunities, present offers, negotiate, close contracts, monitor implementation and maintain satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers; manage contacts; obtain details on procurement or tender processes.
• Identify and understand customer challenges or pain points.
• Prepare proper and accurate presentations of solutions based on needs or requests.
• Active in finding and creating new leads.
