Job summary

Ruangguru seeks a Senior Sales Development Representative to join its fully remote sales team. This role supports the Jakarta, ID region and is responsible for generating qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.

You will drive top-of-funnel activity, engaging potential clients through strategic outbound outreach and clear value articulation. The Senior SDR will schedule discovery calls, partner with marketing on targeting, and maintain CRM records to empower pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in SDR/BDR or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualify leads.
• Articulate value and coordinate with Account Executives for demos.
• Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified leads.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and collaborate with marketing on messaging.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas.
