Job summary

KantorKu is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative for a fully remote role based in Indonesia. You will generate and qualify leads, engage prospects across multiple channels, and hand off opportunities to Account Executives.

This position supports a remote-first sales team with a focus on hitting monthly quotas. You should bring strong communication, time management, and CRM experience, plus a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and active listening
• Proactive, goal-oriented and persistent
• Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 3 years in SDR/BDR or similar role in B2B technology

Responsibilities

• Outreach prospecting via phone, email, and social channels to identify leads
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain and update CRM records with prospect information
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies
• Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and meetings
• Mentor junior SDRs and contribute to team development
