Job summary

KantorKu is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our fully remote sales team. Based in or supporting the Jakarta region, you will generate qualified opportunities for the Account Executives and drive top-of-funnel growth with strategic outreach and compelling messaging.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in SDR/BDR roles in a B2B tech environment, a proven quota track record, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years in SDR/BDR or similar role in a B2B tech environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and generating qualified leads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualify leads.
• Articulate value proposition to potential clients.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with sales/marketing teams.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities.
• Mentor junior SDRs and participate in team strategy meetings.
