Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Remote Sales Development Representative to generate qualified leads and set up intro calls for Account Executives in a fully remote role across Indonesia.

You will conduct outbound prospecting, research target accounts, qualify inbound leads, and maintain CRM records, collaborating with marketing to refine campaigns.

Ideal candidate has strong communication, remote work discipline, and interest in SaaS; Bachelor's degree preferred; Bahasa Indonesia and English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience or strong interest in SaaS sales is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media to identify potential leads.
• Qualify inbound leads and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Schedule introductory calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track activities.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings.
