Job summary

Ruangguru in Bandung is seeking an ambitious Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads for our cutting-edge SaaS product. Working fully from home, you will drive outbound outreach and nurture early-stage prospects, laying the foundation for the sales team’s success.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills for remote work.
Proficiency in using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce).
Keen interest in SaaS technology and ability to articulate technical concepts.
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients using various tools and databases.
Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media to generate interest in SaaS solutions.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule introductory calls for Account Executives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked.
