KantorKu is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fully remote sales team. The role focuses on generating qualified opportunities for Account Executives, supporting the Jakarta region, and driving pipeline growth in a remote‑first environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a B2B tech SDR role, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM and sales engagement tools. This position offers uncapped commissions and remote work flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in SDR/BDR or similar in a B2B tech environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and generating qualified leads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft).

Aufgaben

• Proactively identify and prospect potential clients within target markets.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls and emails to engage prospective customers and qualify leads.
• Articulate the value proposition of the client’s solutions clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine targeting strategies and messaging.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities generated.
• Mentor and guide junior SDRs in the team.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
