Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its fully remote sales team, supporting the Jakarta region. You will generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives and drive pipeline growth via strategic outbound outreach and compelling messaging.

The role requires a university degree, 3+ years in SDR/BDR or similar, excellent communication, CRM and sales-engagement tool experience, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years in SDR/BDR or similar sales role, preferably B2B tech.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients within target markets.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls and emails to qualify leads.
• Articulate value propositions clearly to prospects.
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine targeting and messaging.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for opportunities.
• Research target accounts and inform outreach strategies.
• Mentor junior SDRs and contribute to team development.
• Participate in virtual meetings, training, and strategy sessions.
