Job summary

Sanka is seeking B2B sales professionals to find new customers and close deals in Indonesia. This is a remote role with the development team handling implementation and delivery.

You will operate across markets and report into regional sales leadership. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated success in B2B software or tech services sales, strong English communication, and a capacity to manage complex sales cycles while coordinating with engineers and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify and close B2B opportunities.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and handling objections.
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar business systems and collaborate with engineers.
• B2B software, technology services or consulting sales experience is helpful. Prior delivery experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline through targeted outreach, referrals and prospecting.
• Run discovery conversations, qualify opportunities and demonstrate relevant solutions.
• Prepare proposals and estimates with input from the technical team.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new customer engagements.
• Keep CRM records, forecasts and next steps accurate.
• Handover agreed requirements and commercial commitments to the development team.
